Activity for adolescents (Dynamics and Laughter Therapy) and adults (Laugh to live better) in the framework of "Practice the art of laughter in life. A fun way to cheer up, relax and feel more connected with yourself and others. Thanks to conscious breathing, dance, fun games, hugs, massages, etc. you will enjoy a unique and unforgettable moment.

2-Con Laura (@lanannydetusretiros), a workshop is offered to children or adults during the stay at Can Gat Vell. The options are the following:
-Accompanying and welcoming the children while the retreat, workshop or training takes place (or while the parents carry out an activity of their own).
-Integrative proposal.
-Conscious accompaniment.
-Tranquility for families and trainers (in case of retreat).
-Personal growth.
-Connection with nature.
-Corporal, emotional and musical expression.
-Yoga and Mindfulness.
-Sensory and artistic activities.
-Cooperative games.
-Exploration of the environment.
3-We also have another super fun proposal for children ! How about enjoying a play for children ? Violeta Antò is a storyteller, actress and qualified in Waldorf pedagogy. She proposes a large number of workshops, such as small plays, children's games to develop playful, inventive and imaginative skills, or universal stories accompanied by sounds, songs and puppets etc.. Violeta will make us travel and have a good time.

Once the celebration or meeting is over, all guests can go to rest, or continue with the party, in the room they have chosen from the many rooms available in our rural house (no minimum number of people required)

The celebrations are combined with the rural lodging, in stays of 2 nights minimum.
A snack, a barbecue or any other meal that you like and then combine with an activity organized by our monitors such as crafts, dances, songs, outdoor games, gymkhanas etc.. The animation varies between 2 to 3 hours.
After the celebration, everyone can go to relax or continue with the party, in the room you have chosen from the many that our rural house has.
