From Can Gat Vell we propose a guided tour through the vineyards of the Alt Empordà, very close to Perelada.

We will show you the winery and you will be able to enjoy a tasting of wine, oils or honeys. We also propose you a breakfast among the vineyards, a visit to the cellar and finally the tasting.

With Mas Llunes, we can make a visit among the vineyards of Garriguella with a 4×4 or an eno-historical visit to the bunker (CENTRE DE RESISTÈNCIA NÚM. 12 (PUIG DE MALAVEÏNA) and airfield.

! Enjoy the Catalan gastronomy !

Black rice : rice with cuttlefish, cooked in its ink.
Parrillada : assortment of grilled fish and crustaceans with olive oil or "all i oli".
Fideuà : dish similar to paella, with shrimp, prawns, chicken, bell pepper and tomato, but made with noodles instead of rice.
Faves a la Catalana : typical legumes from Catalonia, cooked in special dishes and with different types of meat, such as ham or black sausage, and mushrooms. It is usually cooked and served in small earthenware dishes.
Calçots : tender onions that are cooked on the grill and eaten with "romescu" sauce made from tomato, oil and almonds. Ideal for meals in the countryside, with family or friends.
Escalivada : dish based on grilled or baked eggplants, red peppers and onions, accompanied by olives and seasoned with olive oil and salt.
Esqueixada de bacallà : exquisite salad based on cod, peppers, onions, olives and can be accompanied with hard-boiled egg.
Pa amb tomàquet : slice of bread covered with tomato pulp and seasoned with olive oil and salt. It is usually accompanied by sausages or cheese.
Crema Catalana : dessert made with eggs, sugar, milk, grated lemon, cinnamon and covered with burnt sugar.
Cava : Catalan "champagne", very pleasant to drink chilled.
