BOOKING INFORMATION

1. Extra person from 24 months old until 12 years old, with or without extra bed (divan bed or pliable bed): 25 euros per person and night.
2. Children less than 24 months old, cot is possible (15€/stay) and high chair to be shared if necessary.
3. Pet, 10 euros per night. Only accepted in La Pallissa and El Graner. Also in La Solana for pet less than 4 kg. Read the following information here.
4. For holidays bank/summer and from April until October, the price corresponds to the max. capacity and all rooms of the reserved property.
5. In July and August, bookings from SA-SA. Stay of one week minimum. Extra cost if less than 7 nights (according dates/availability).
6. Christmas, New Year, Easter, St John, holidays bank : 3-4 days minimum. Prices can be increased.
7.  Extra: cleaning (price according the property), Change of bedlinen and towels, 9€ per person, Breakfast.
8. Arrival from 16h - Departure before 10h. Possible late check-out (17h), according the availability, with an extra cost.

Tourist Tax

From 1st of November 2012: The published prices includes all taxes applicable to the property, except the tourist tax imposed by the Government of Catalonia, which is 0,66€ or 1,10€ (VAT included) per day and per person over 16 years old. This fee must be paid additionally to the price of the house in the check-in day.
