Can Gat Vell is made up of two farmhouses from XVIII century, completely restored and adapted in six different properties. One farmhouse is the Big Cottage and the other farmhouse is the Small Cottage. Both cottages together are a great solution for a family or friends group up to 35 people. There are a total of 6 kitchen/líving/dining rooms, 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It has a total of 780m2.
Each apartment has their own space and privacy whilst at the same time being a great place for friends or family meetings to enjoy perfect conviviality in a rural athmosphere.
The reception, games room, small shop and private laundry are situated in the ground floor of the Big Cottage and are communal spaces.
We live at the end of the property and take care of the spaces and animals. And in case of need, do not hesitate in contacting us !

Link Cal Secretari, 2 bedroom apartment, up to 5 people, ground floor : One bedroom with a KING SIZE double bed and bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. There is a door to the second bedroom which has three single beds and further bathroom with bath (externally accessible). This property has a large living-dining room of about 50 m2, that allows groups to organise meals and meetings together.
Link El Mirador, 2 bedroom apartment, up to 5 people, first floor : A very large bedroom with double bed and single bed (access through the bathroom). Bath, bidet and lavatory. A loft with a further two single beds.
Link El Rebost, 2 bedroom apartment, up to 5 people, first floor : One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bath / bidet / WC. L’Eixida: additional bedroom with double bed, bathroom/WC.

The Small Cottage is the best solution for groups up to 15 people. Each apartment has their own space and privacy whilst at the same time being a great place for friends or family meetings to enjoy perfect conviviality in a rural atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces and the ground floor of the Masia Gran (games room etc.) are shared with the families of the Big Cottage ((Cal Secretari, El Mirador, El Rebost, El Porticó, La Finestreta).
The Small Cottage has three attached houses, with a total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms : La Pallissa (9 people), El Graner (4 people) and La Solana (2 people). It has approx. a surface of 280m2.
